Itinerary
Day 1 BOGOTÁ-POPAYÁN
Departure from El Dorado Airport to Popayán on Avianca flight 4873, departing at 10:00 AM, with an approximate arrival time of 11:30 AM. Airport reception and transfer to your selected hotel in Popayán. Lunch and departure for the city center, where you will tour the main points of interest in the White City; tasting of the famous pipián empanadas and return to the hotel in the afternoon. Rest, dinner on your own, and overnight stay.
Day 2 POPAYÁN – SILVIA – MISAK GARDEN – HOSPITAL
After breakfast, departure for the Indigenous Hospital and the Garden of Delights (Botanical Garden), accompanied by a traditional healer who will use their knowledge to perform an energy cleansing. During the visit to the hospital, you will learn about the different natural medicines that Mother Earth provides, based on the ancestral knowledge of the Misak people. At the Botanical Garden, visit the tulpa (hearth), the medicinal plant trail, and enjoy a nutritious lunch with organic products. In the afternoon, return to Popayán, or if travelers prefer, they can stay overnight at the Garden in houses prepared for this purpose, continuing to share in the cosmogony and traditions.

Day 3 SILVIA OR POPAYÁN – SAN AGUSTÍN, WOMB TERRITORY
Departure at 6:00 AM, breakfast en route. Arrival in San Agustín around midday. Check-in at the hotel. Welcome to the Colombian Massif; presentation of a representative frog pendant, crafted by local artisans, as a symbol of transformation, the beginning of a new cycle, and rebirth. Before sunset, you will be at one of the viewpoints overlooking the Magdalena Canyon, appreciating this breathtaking landscape of peace and tranquility; participate in mindful breathing exercises and connect with the land. With gratitude, you begin your journey toward a new dawn. Themed dinner focused on elements of the Massif: sounds, smells, and flavors. Overnight stay.
Day 4 San Agustín Archaeological Park – Magdalena Strait
Before sunrise, time for meditation, yoga, and sun salutations. Breakfast with regional products, organic jams, achira and corn bread, cheese, and coffee. Departure for the Archaeological Park, encounter with the ancestors (grandfathers and grandmothers), Mother Earth as a sacred womb. Guided activity through a tour of the A, B, and C altars and Lavapatas as energetic spaces. This territory invites you to release what you no longer need, to find what is essential to continue on this path, finding guidance from your ancestors. Typical lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, the experience continues at the Alto de los Ídolos Park, time to connect with your inner self, nourish yourself with the land and its elemental forces, and write down the attributes of your new being. Time to explore the town and its artisan shops, including the main square. Dinner and an encounter with the music of the Macizo region. Word ritual and biodanza with Grandfather Fire. Rest.
DAY 5: San Agustín – Isnos
Before dawn, time to give thanks for the new day and its connection; a greeting to the sun. Recharge your energy with a nutritious breakfast featuring local products: achira bread, corn, chachafruto, and fruits from the highlands: avocado, cape gooseberry, tangerines, and blackberries; organic coffee and cacao.
Departure for the Magdalena River gorge, where nature has sculpted a channel in the rock, giving the river renewed strength and energy. In this setting, you will welcome a new self; from caterpillar to butterfly, reborn in the vital breath of the highlands. Lunch. In the afternoon, create your dreamcatcher and present your new self through an experience where the warmth of the sauna and the coolness of the stream will integrate all the sacred elements of the highlands’ energy.
Time to explore artisan shops. Celebration dinner. Overnight stay.
Day 6 SAN AGUSTÍN-BOGOTÁ (OR ALTERNATE CITY)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport or continue to your next destination.
End of the experience, beginning of the memories.
